OP Tanks builds all of their products to 12F A.P.I. Standards. Their robotic sub-arc welders give you critical API certified welds on all seams on your tanks or any metal products.
With an engineered combination of robotic welders, track welders, a 10-ft. 26 ton roller, 38 foot plasma table and custom made fit-up beds OP Tanks is able to produces up to three 400 bbl tanks per day.
Critical joints and seams are robotic sub-arc welded and quality inspected during the welding, after pressure testing, before paint and after paint. The factory's core products include:
